ＪＲ逗子駅から自動車で少し上がった所にある、湘南国際村センターで某社のオフサイト・ミーティングに出席。濃密な議論が出来、夜の飲み会でコミュニケーションも深まって、充実の一泊二日となりました。たまにこうやってオフサイトをやるのは良いですね。この施設は、部屋から海は見えないものの、緑に囲まれ、なかなかゴージャスな作り。気分を変えて創造的なアイディア出しをするにも好適な環境でした。
